As Technical Chief of Staff for Kamiwaza's Chief Technology Officer, you will work directly with the startup's technical founder and author of its core platform. This is a remote position for the company, which is based in Silverthorne, Colorado.

This is a unique hybrid role, with the successful candidate being both a technical contributor and a strategic partner to the CTO. The scope of the position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Code reviews, architecture discussions, technical documentation, hands-on development, and hiring
- Helping prioritize technical initiatives, preparing for key discussions, identifying bottlenecks
- Coordinating technical team activities, helping to manage CTO time, travel, and tools
