A passionate advocate for independent, quality journalism and Colorado's vibrant entrepreneurial community, he brings to the role his background as a strategic marketer, meticulous writer, exacting editor, enthusiastic team-builder, compulsive storyteller, inveterate reader, alert trend-spotter, amateur futurist, AI enthusiast, and non-practicing attorney.
Phil serves on the Executive Committee of the Rocky Mountain AI Interest Group. He has an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, a JD from William & Mary Law School, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
